A man with a drawn-on moustache is being hunted by police in connection with an assault in southeast London.
The suspect was wearing a pink shirt and appeared to be in fancy dress when he attacked two men and a woman as they left the Tudor Barn pub in Eltham, the Metropolitan Police said.
He is accused of head-butting the 42-year-old man, throwing the 28-year-old woman to the ground and punching a man, 34, in the face.
On CCTV images he can be seen with a curled-tip moustache and “soul patch” tuft of hair below his lower lip.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “The suspect is described as a white man, of large build and around 6ft.
“He was aged 45-50, spoke with a London accent and had very short hair.
“A CCTV image released shows him apparently in fancy dress, with a moustache and beard drawn on.”
The assaults took place in the early hours of New Year”s Day, although the CCTV image was only published on Tuesday.
