A nine-week-old baby boy who was taken from his home in Arleston, Telford, has been found.
Police confirmed he was taken to hospital as a precaution.
The baby was last seen wearing a blue woollen jacket and a cream baby-gro with a teddy bear printed on the left-hand side.
West Mercia Police say the child may have been in the company of a white woman of about 30 or 40, with dyed reddish brown hair, a gap between her front teeth and a lump under her nose. She is described as being 5ft5in tall.
Officers say the woman was last seen wearing an army green zip-up jacket and was carrying a small black bag over her shoulder.
No arrests have been made so far.
