For anyone who’s a bit worried that the world is going to end in a nuclear apocalypse in the next few months, here’s some good news.
A few humans might survive, even if President Trump DOES have one of his hissy fits, while in charge of the world’s biggest nuclear arsenal.
The bad news is that the only survivors are going to be the ultra-rich – who are now flocking to buy doomsday bankers as the threat of World War 3 looms.
Demand for bomb-proof bunkers has increased 700% compared to 2014, according to Gary Lynch of Rising S Bunkers.
Owners hope that bunkers – kitted out with Li-Ion power cells and food which lasts 25 years – will enable them to be the new Adam and Eve, once the fallout dust settles.
Mike Peters of Ultimate Bunker told the Hollywood Reporter, ‘People are going for luxury to live underground because they see the future is going to be rough. Everyone I’ve talked to thinks we are doomed, no matter who is elected.’
What will happen in a nuclear war
Both Russia and NATO are still in the position to unleash global-scale nuclear attacks – and the weapons are armed and ready.
Designed to be basically unstoppable, intercontinental thermonuclear missiles could destroy cities on the far side of the globe in minutes – and bring about instant, catastrophic change to our world
The Arms Control Association says, ‘United States and Russia still deploy more than 1,500 strategic warheads on several hundred bombers and missiles – far more than necessary to deter nuclear attack – and they are modernizing their nuclear delivery systems.
‘If these weapons were used even in a “limited” way, the result would be catastrophic nuclear devastation.’
