Denniel Higginson, 38, slipped from his grasp and plunged four floors to her death at 1am local time in Greece.
The 38-year-old was rushed to hospital but was pronounced dead by doctors as a result of multiple injuries.
Tragedy struck after the couple had got into an argument with Mrs Higginson”s parents when on a family holiday on July 19, 2015.
Husband Steve Higginson watched in horror as his wife climbed over the balcony and plunged to her death, the Stockport hearing heard.
Insp Roger Edwards of Greater Manchester Police said: “He could see her in the process of climbing over the balcony.
The hearing was told pathologist Charles Wilson recorded in a post-mortem examination conducted in the UK that Mrs Higginson had been drinking on the evening of her death that may have “affected her normal behaviour”.
Acting Senior Coroner Joanne Kearsley said: “I am satisfied that she has taken her own life. I hope this verdict may give some closure to the family and I offer my condolences.”
Mr Higginson attended the hearing but left without comment.
The lovebirds had met each other on a dating website in 2014 after the Brit, originally from Altrincham, Greater Manchester, had moved to work in Perth, Australia.
They got married in November 2014 and the pair moved to Dubai in January 2015.
The couple later moved to Dohar, Qatar where Mrs Higginson suffered a miscarriage and was said to be unhappy with her new life.
