Explore the hidden tunnels that housed hundreds of families during World War 2

These images of World War Two tunnels show what life was like for hundreds of families hiding from Nazi bombing raids.

The subterranean labyrinth underneath Ramsgate, Kent, was first opened in 1939 by the then Duke of Kent and reopened to the public 75 years later after a campaign by Thanet Council.
